- Holding the position of chief operating officer for a $20 million enterprise
- Founding a consulting group assisting clients with human resources and corporate philanthropy strategies and programs
- Serving as adjunct professor at the Daniels School of Business, Denver University, teaching “High Performance Management” at the graduate level
- A master’s degree in human service management from Boston University; bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado; and graduation from Leadership Denver
